Service Delivery
The process begins with a requirements analysis in which the individual customer needs and technical requirements are clarified. In this step, the scope of the project is defined - whether it is a commissioning (IBN), a proof of concept (PoC) or a complete rollout.
This is followed by planning and design. This is where the customized network design is created, coordinated with internal teams and the customer to ensure a smooth implementation.
In the implementation phase, the infrastructure is set up, systems are configured and seamlessly integrated into existing environments. This is followed by testing and quality assurance, during which comprehensive functional tests and performance checks are carried out. Any errors are rectified before handover.
The project goes live with the rollout and handover. The Network Operations Center (NOC) then takes over operations and ensures continuous monitoring and stability.
